We want you to love your MinkyB purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the policy below for return eligibility and instructions.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
   

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or washed items cannot be returned.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
   

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your card after processing.
   

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
